The main source of our game meat
is from local shoots and we have close contact with estate gamekeepers around
Barnard Castle in Teesdale as well as Co Durham, N Yorkshire and Cumbria. We
supply to caterers as well as individuals and this includes the famous "Rules"
restaurant in the West End of London.
British Game, roasted with
seasonal fruits, casseroled or in pies, has been savoured over the centuries by
